$250 for each 50 minute session.

A sliding scale fee can be available on a limited case by case basis.

Payment is due after each session.

The duration of the treatment is tailored to each person.

The initial 15 minute consultation is no cost.  

I am an out of network provider with insurance policies that have this option. Provided superbills can be submitted for reimbursement of 40-80% depending on the insurance carrier.

Questions to ask your insurance provider:

Does your provider have out-of-network coverage for outpatient psychotherapy (CPT 90834)?

What is your out of network deductible and has it been met yet?

What is your coinsurance (% that your insurance company will pay after your deductible has been met)?

Is there a limit to how many sessions are covered?

A 24 hour notice for cancellation is necessary otherwise there will be charge of the full session fee.

I will work to accommodate requests for rescheduling.

Late cancellation or no-shows are not reimbursable through insurance providers.
